How fast does it work?
We don't have a tested minute count. The gummies are chewed and swallowed, so it isn't instant. Take them a little before you want to feel more alert*.
How much caffeine is in one sachet, compared with my coffee?
25 mg caffeine per gummy, from green tea extract. A full sachet is 4 gummies, so 100 mg. A 12 oz cup of brewed coffee is often listed at 113–247 mg, so a full sachet is on the low side of a typical cup. Start with 1–2 gummies. You can take up to 4, which is one sachet.
How many can I take a day?
Start with 1–2 gummies. You can take up to 4 gummies, which is one full sachet (100 mg caffeine). These gummies contain maltitol, which may have a laxative effect if you eat a lot, so don't start with a full sachet. 400 mg of caffeine a day, from all sources combined, is an amount not generally associated with negative effects for most healthy adults. Count coffee, tea, soda, and other caffeinated drinks too.
How much caffeine is in one gummy?

Coffee & switching

Do I have to give up coffee?
No. Keep the cups you love. Most people swap the one they only drink for the caffeine. Coffee, tea, soda, other caffeinated drinks, and HAYDAY all count.
Is it cheaper than coffee?
Than a coffee-shop drink, usually yes. Example: a $5 latte, 5 days a week, is $1,300 a year; one HAYDAY sachet on those days is $318.41–$454.87 a year, depending on your pack. Retail for one pouch is $34.99. Than coffee you brew at home, no. Brewing at home is cheaper. HAYDAY is for the cups you buy, or the ones you don't enjoy.
Will it upset my stomach like coffee?
We can't promise that. HAYDAY has no coffee in it, but caffeine itself can bother some stomachs. The gummies also contain maltitol, which may have a laxative effect if you eat a lot, so start with 1–2 gummies, ideally not on a completely empty stomach. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.
I drink canned drinks, not coffee. Is this for me?
Yes. A full sachet is 4 gummies, 100 mg caffeine, and the gummies are sugar-free. Check the can's label to compare the caffeine. Start with 1–2 gummies, and count every source.

Does it taste like coffee?

Is it better for my teeth than coffee?
HAYDAY isn't coffee, so there's no coffee in your mouth and no coffee stains from it. We don't make claims about teeth or enamel. The gummies are sugar-free (maltitol and sucralose). Brush as usual. Wearing aligners or in dental treatment? Ask your dentist or orthodontist, and take your aligners out to chew, like you would for any food.
Will it give me coffee breath?
No coffee, no coffee breath. Mixed Berry tastes like mixed berries, not coffee. (It's not a breath mint, so we make no breath claims.)

Is HAYDAY for adults only?
Yes. Adults 18+ only. Not for children, pregnant or nursing women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Keep the pouch closed and out of reach of children.
What's in it?
One sachet (4 gummies) contains 100 mg caffeine from green tea extract, about 200 mg L-theanine, about 400 mg Lion's Mane extract (10:1), about 120 mg Alpha-GPC 50%, about 10 mg black pepper extract, about 96 mg magnesium citrate, and about 400 mg fruit juice powder. Will the gummies melt or stick together?
Each sachet is an individually wrapped flow-pack, so the gummies aren't loose in the pouch. Keep the pouch sealed, cool and dry, and out of hot cars and direct sun.
